The Elder is a mutant who led the forces of civilized mutants, but he is forced to send special forces to the “Zone” to search for resources for existence. They still honor the ancient laws, but do not stop at brutally tearing up those who belong to the “stalkers” – mutants who live in the ark with the elders. Those living outside of the “Ark’s” territory are called ghouls because they roamed wild and worshiped the race of the “Ancient Ones”. The rest have become mutants and are now trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.Įven in the mutant world, humans were able to compartmentalize and define each other’s class. Because of this, the third nuclear war began and 90% of people died. As the plot tells, after an outbreak of the disease called “Red Plague”, people became mutants.
